Delivery Terms – Deniz Clothing Store

Deliveries

  • Delivery charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched during the following hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

    • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM

    • Excludes Sundays, mercantile holidays, and public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service offers both reliability and affordability:

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 1 – 2 working days

  • Outstation (Outside Colombo): 2 – 3 working days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on regional accessibility and external conditions.

Store Pick-Up (Click & Collect)

Prefer to collect your order in person? Simply select the "Store Pick-Up" option during checkout.

  • Pick-up location: No.29/5, Stratford Avenue, Colombo 06

  • Collection hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

    • Saturday to Sunday: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Customers will be notified via SMS or Email once their order is ready for collection.

Please collect your order within 7 working days after notification. Uncollected orders beyond this period will be automatically cancelled, with prior notice sent to you via SMS/Email.
